Syslog not logging IBM Message Broker V10

0

In an AIX Server, I’ve been trying to save my IBM Broker (version 10) logs, but they’re not getting logged at all or even creating the below mentioned log files. I’ve configured the syslog configuration file as below:

user.info /var/log/user.log rotate 100m files 10 compress
*.info /var/log/user.log rotate 100m files 10 compress

  • You should create the log files manually, then restart syslogd. Don't use the same filename in two lines though.
