How not to force a reply when using ReplyKeyboardMarkup in a Telegram Bot?

0

I want my bot to display a ReplyKeyboard when a certain message is sent. The keyboard is there, but I can not figure out why it forces a reply to the bot. I know it is a "reply" keyboard, but I can find examples online of what I'm wanting.

I'm using Java. My code (with changes to shorten it):

 //Creates the keyboard markup
ReplyKeyboardMarkup replyMarkup = new ReplyKeyboardMarkup().setOneTimeKeyboard(true).setResizeKeyboard(true);

//Creates the keyboard
List<KeyboardRow> keyboard = new ArrayList<>();
KeyboardRow row = new KeyboardRow();
row.add("option1");
row.add("option2");
keyboard.add(row);
replyMarkup.setKeyboard(keyboard);

// Creates message that passes the keyboard
SendMessage message = new SendMessage()
.setChatId(chat_id)
.setText("something random")
.setReplyToMessageId(message_id)
.setReplyMarkup(replyMarkup);

try
execute(message);
catch (TelegramApiException e)
e.printStackTrace();

What I get (ignore the nonsense).

What I would like to get.
