How to remove port by url in HaProxy

I config HaProxy on a vm and setup as Load Balancer

I need to remove port :3080 by https url, without lose path
Example: ht tps://mysite.com:3080/tele/por/index.php
must be ht tps://mysite.com/tele/por/index.php

then send to my backend which is:

mysite.com:3080

Indeed the problem is if I don't remove :3080, the backend has already :3080 and the page not found.

I can't remove :3080 by backend, so I must remove by URL before it reach backend
