Webpage not running after conversion from ASP.Net to PHP

I have converted an ASP.Net website to PHP. however when i run the page from Netbeans IDE, the page gets stuck in the browser.I am unable to scroll, enter data or even navigate. I am using Netbeans 8.2. need your help.
