powersell ISE import session

When executing in the powershell command prompt,

$Session = New-PSSession -ConfigurationName Microsoft.Exchange -ConnectionUri http://examp16-dc1/PowerShell/ -Authentication Kerberos -Credential $UserCredential

it runs successful, but when I try the same in Powershell ISE it returns the following error:

New-PSSession : [wsm16-dc1] Connecting to remote server examp16-dc1
failed with the following error message : The client cannot connect to
the destination specified in the request. Verify that the service on
the destination is running and is accepting requests. Consult the
logs and documentation for the WS-Management service running on the
destination, most commonly IIS or WinRM. If the destination is the
WinRM service, run the following command on the destination to
analyze and configure the WinRM service: "winrm quickconfig". For more
information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic. At

+ CategoryInfo : OpenError: (System.Manageme....RemoteRunspace:RemoteRunspace) [New-PSSession],
PSRemotingTransportException

I Am running this from a remote client machine and I am using powershell version 5.0.10240.17443.
Winrm is running on the server and the ports are opened in Windows firewall(server).

How to resolve this issue?
