卡爾·薩根，「科學懷疑論」（Scientific skepticism）英語詞彙的創立人


科學懷疑論（英語：Scientific skepticism）又稱理性懷疑論（rational skepticism），是一種科學或實務上，對於缺乏證據的解釋或論點持怀疑态度的認識論觀點。在實務上，科學懷疑論一辭通常應用於考察一些不屬於主流科學的理論，而不是用來指科學家之間例行性的討論或爭論。

ReactJS Fetched API data displays live - need Data displayed static

When I display it, browser gets not responding because it gets a lot of requests. What I need just get a first snapshot of live data.
