米纳尔环形山（Mineur）是位于月球背面北半部一座古老的大撞击坑，约形成于45.5-39.2亿年前的前酒海纪[1]，其名称取自法国天文学家暨数学家亨利·米纳尔（1889年－1954年），1970年被国际天文学联合会正式接受。

该陨坑西南偏南靠近突出的杰克逊环形山、西北偏西毗邻更大的菲茨杰拉德环形山，它的北面坐落了考克饶夫环形山和范登贝赫陨石坑，西南横亘了较小的马尔西陨石坑[2]。该陨坑中心月面坐标为24°40′N 161°44′W / 24.67°N 161.73°W / 24.67; -161.73，直径72.28公里[3]，深约2.77公里[1]。
米纳尔环形山是一座被严重侵蚀的陨石坑，外观轮廓接近圆状，其磨损的坑壁与杰克逊环形山清晰的边缘形成鲜明的反差，它的北侧坑壁几乎被一群小陨坑完全损毁。该环形山残壁最大高出周边地形表面1300米[1]，内部容积约有4687.15公里3[1]。
坑底表面相对平坦，交织着一些来自杰克逊环形山的射纹束，东半侧积聚着一些小撞击坑。
