Mohamed Mohamud Hayd (Somali: Maxamed Maxamuud Xayd, Arabic: محمد محمود حيد‎) (died July 3, 2014) was a Somali politician and military officer. He was an MP in the Federal Parliament of Somalia.[1]



Career[edit]


Hayd was previously a senior commander and admiral in the Somali National Army and Somali Navy.[2] He later served tenures as Minister of Education and Minister of the Environment of Somalia. Following the establishment of the Federal Parliament in 2012, he was appointed as a legislator.[2]


On 3 July 2014, Hayd and his bodyguard were shot dead while driving near Mogadishu's Central Hotel. Federal MP Abdullahi Ahmed Hussein "Onka", who was riding in the same car, survived the attack and was being treated at a local hospital.[1][2] According to Hamarweyne Commissioner Mohamed Abdikadir, the attackers had sprayed the vehicle the MPs were in with bullets, and immediately escaped from the scene.[1] Lawmaker Dahir Amin Jesow indicated that another legislator and a parliamentary secretary were also wounded during the exchange of gunfire. He described Hayd as an industrious colleague during his ten or so years serving in parliament.[2]Al-Shabaab later claimed responsibility for the attack.[1] Additionally, Prime Minister Abdiweli Sheikh Ahmed sent his condolences to Hayd's family.[1]

Can't figure out why I get Error loading static resource from app.xaml

1 I having trouble getting my ResourceDictionary.MergedDictionaries to load from app.xaml. My WPF app has a static class with a Main defined and startup object set to it. Within Main I created an instance of App and run it. The override OnStartup fires and the mainwindow.cs InitializeComponent gives the error "Message "Cannot find resource named 'MaterialDesignFloatingActionMiniAccentButton'. If I put the resources in the mainwindow.xaml everything is fine, but I wanted them to load at the app level so I they are not in each page. How to fill missing numeric if any value in a subset is missing, all other columns with the same subset are missing

up vote 2 down vote favorite There is a clear pattern that show for two separate subsets (set of columns); If one value is missing in a column, values of other columns in the same subset are missing for any row. Here is a visualization of missing data My tries up until now, I used ycimpute library to learn from other values, and applied Iterforest. I noted, score of Logistic regression is so weak (0.6) and thought Iterforest might not learn enough or anyway, except from outer subset which might not be enough? for example the subset with 11 columns might learn from the other columns but not from within it's members, and the same goes for the subset with four columns. This bar plot show better quantity of missings So of course, dealing with missings is better than dropping rows because It would affect my prediction which does contain the same missings quantity relatively.
