FCM not sending notification to all users in topic

I have some 100,000 user registered to FCM and currently I am sending notification to all these users but roughly only 30,000 users receive the notification. Is therea way to figure out the issue?

Sure. There's a coding issue... As you can see that's a generic answer to a generic question. We would really need a lot more info to even start to help, including code in your question, describing the use case and how and what kind of notifications are sent would be helpful. This site is for specific coding issues so take a look at How do I ask a good question? and How to create a Minimal, Complete, and Verifiable example. Narrow down the issue, post some code that duplicates the problem and we'll take a look.
