How can I package an MEVN Stack web app for offline use?

I've recently migrated from PHP to Node.js. I am currently developing an MEVN Stack Web Application and I need to package it for offline use and install it locally.
Is there any kind of tool that can help me with this?

"offline" might not be enough information. Do you want it to be a mac or windows app?
