Is it possible to to change the G-Suite Google Drive Shared Settings through an API?
This is not for sharing files/folders. These are the settings at https://admin.google.com accessible through Apps | G Suite | Drive | Sharing Settings.
These include Sharing Options, Team Drive creation and Link Sharing at the global and organization (org unit) level.
I can't find anything in the drive or admin SDKs.

AFAIK this function is not included in the API. AFAIK, only ACL is available in Drive API. This is similar but doesn't set it as Global or Organizational unit.
