I get an Internal Error 500 error as Punchout Setup Response

We will do integration four differnet website to Ariba punchout system.This websites Web Server everything same but only one website working succesfull.Another websites not going webshop and giving Internal server 500 eror. Why We are watching this eror. On the same server different 20 website have got any website not working but only one website working we did try all website we are using Php code style If somebody can help me We will be so happy Notice: I get an Internal Error 500 error as Punchout Setup Response. htaccess or script is not an error
