Visual Studio ctrl alt Break fails to cause Break All
I can't find a keyboard shortcut for pausing a .NET debug session.
I have to use the blue two vertical bar pause toolbar icon.
Hovering over it shows ctrl+Alt+Break but that doesn't work.
