gzip not work on some json methods on site on iis 8.5?

I configured gzip configuration for dynamic and static content on IIS 8.5. All mime types of static contents compressed by gzip and some dynamic(json, ...) content compressed by gzip, but 2 dynamic methods (which return json content same as other methods on site) don't compressed by gzip.
I checked all configuration but i confused to resolve it, why some json method compressed but some another json method not compressed?
