'Catch Email' popup MailChimp For Magento v1.1.11 by ebizmarts not show atomatcally

MailChimp For Magento v1.1.11
I've synced Magento and Mailchimp together and have set up an email popup
(I've styling and modifications emailcatcher.phtml & popup.css).
The extension has been installed successfully & data sync successfully, but there are some issues.
Popup supposed to show automatically when customer access the site first time, but Issue is currently popup show if click any button on the site. It should be display without clicking.
Please could I have some help?
