Error taking device screenshot: null when using UI automator

I am using UI automator always on android devices and it works fine but recently I try to use it on Android P it gives me this error 



Error taking device screenshot: null


Although my colleague is using the same SDK version and it works with her, the only difference that my PC is windows 7 and her PC is windows 10.

When I display it, browser gets not responding because it gets a lot of requests. What I need just get a first snapshot of live data.
