UIImage choose from image library iOS

I would like to choose any picture from image gallery instead of the one named "mona-lisa" located in Assets. Is it possible?
func addPainting(_ hitResult: ARHitTestResult, _ grid: Grid)

let planeGeometry = SCNPlane(width: 0.2, height: 0.35)
let material = SCNMaterial()
material.diffuse.contents = UIImage(named: "mona-lisa")

As was mentioned above you can use UIImagePickerController for picking images from image gallery.
Here small example how to use it.
