How to fetch attached media accorrding to order from nodes drupal 8
I have custom field in basic page content type where I am assigning media files, In front-end I want to display those file according to its order.

AFAIK they should be displayed in that exact order. If not that's a bug and you should report it. Or did you build that order field yourself?
