local database with SQL Lite and computer Client
I'm actually developping a programm with SqlServer compact edition as localDB at home.
Afer 3 months of developpement I finally perform some test at work.
My build is crashing because SqlServer compact edition is not supported.
The informatic department doesn't allow to install the Microsoft SQL Server Compact 4.0 SP1 and they will not let me install anything else to make run my local database. (I can not use Microsoft Access because it will be soon cancel at work)
I am thinking to work with SQLlite on my personal computer. I've read that no install is requested on cliente machine to make run an application with SQL Lite.
Can you effectively confirm me this information.
