Changing a visual studio project properties using Devenv console

I am working on a python script that clones and compiles versions of a git project. Some of the versions are very old and i am having problems "smoothly" compiling them. One of the problems that i bumped into is changing the properties of a solution. I need to specifically go to Properties -> Linker -> General -> Change Link Library Dependencies from Yes to No. Is there any command that i can run in the developer console in order for it to change without me manually changing it? Or is there any solution for this at all?
