How to write AWS lambda function to get pricing info from AWS bulk API using triggers like S3 and API Gateway?

I am like new to the AWS services and trying to use AWS Offer index files to define "HTTP GET" endpoint using Lambda and API Gateway using triggers like AWS S3 but don't know how to do that. I tried using POSTMAN but because size of file is over 500 MB i couldn't get the response..
