Preemptive multi-tasking OS and Truly preemptive multi-tasking OS
Do anyone know the difference between Preemptive multitasking OS and Truly preemptive multitasking OS?
I know that Preemptive multitasking OS decides how a task should utilize the resource before giving it to another based on criteria like time or priority.
Is there any difference between Preemptive and Truely Preemptive OS. Are there really exist a difference?
Please help me on the same.
