Same value is getting when retrieving the data from excel

In excel sheet have 3 columns (email, firstname, lastname) attached screenshot.
I want pass the values in a web page (attached screenshot)
When i passing the values 1st email is retrieving for 3 fields (email, firstname, lastname).
Below mentioned is coding



 WebElement email = driver.findElement(By.name("Email"));
WebElement password = driver.findElement(By.name("Password"));
WebElement confirmPassword =
driver.findElement(By.name("confirmPassword"));

File file = new File("E:\Selenium\Selenium\TestData.xlsx");
FileInputStream inputStream = new FileInputStream(file);
Workbook guruWorkbook = new XSSFWorkbook(inputStream);
Sheet guruSheet = guruWorkbook.getSheet("TestData");

int rowCount = guruSheet.getLastRowNum() - guruSheet.getFirstRowNum();

for (int i = 1; i < rowCount + 1; i++)

Row row = guruSheet.getRow(i);

for (int j = 0; j < row.getLastCellNum() - 1; j++)

System.out.println();
