VBA Connection import - Change Connection on Import

I am not sure what I am missing here but for some reason I am having a hard time defining the connection name when I import a CSV file into excel. I have a cell that is directly two rows above the imported data that should be the connection name. For some reason after the data has been inputted the connection name is still set by the file name, not the value defined in "MyInput" data. What am i missing?
