gstreamer KLV - Key for SMPTE Commercial Time?
.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty height:90px;width:728px;box-sizing:border-box;
I'm writing a program that will be reading and writing KLV data. I have found the universal key to be able to read and write precision time (06.0e.2b.34.01.01.01.03.07.02.01.01.05.00.00). I would also like to be able read and write SMPTE Commercial time (the BCD hour:min:sec:frame format) but I cannot find the universal key for Commercial time. (I realize that this might actually be 4 different Keys, one for each of the 4 frame rates (24/25/29.97/30)).
Does anyone know what the KLV universal key(s) is(/are) for SMPTE Commercial time?
Thanks
