You can run stopFabric.sh and teardownFabric.sh and also delete all the network card and retry. I think it should work for you.

The main reason is the grpc version and the composer-rest-server version.

You can run stopFabric.sh and teardownFabric.sh and also delete all the network card and retry. I think it should work for you.
