JUnit How to write test case for save record ? or CURD Operations

0

I am using spring boot Junit testing and I am trying to save record. My test case returns success message in Eclipse but when I actually see in my database, my record is not inserted into DB.

So, Junit for saving record test case, Actually saves record or not?

Here is the code

 @Test
public void testSaveBusinessUnit()

BusinessUnitDTO businessUnitDTO = new BusinessUnitDTO();

businessUnitDTO.setEnabled(true);
businessUnitDTO.setBusinessUnit("Junit");

ResponseDTO bu = businessUnitController.saveBusinessUnit(businessUnitDTO);
assertNotNull("BU Save ", bu.getPayload());
