U sklopu festivalskog centra Omladinskog Film Festivala Sarajevo, u Al Jazeera Theatre, svečano je otvoren ovogodišnji OFF.





Domaćin festivala bio je Kenan Musić, direktor koji je na početku pozdravio sve sponzore i prijatelje festivala, a nakon toga se zahvalio i kompletnoj OFF ekipi koja je proteklih 9 mjeseci naporno radili na realizaciji i priremi festivala.


Na piću dobrodošlice prisustvovali su visoki zvaničnici i predstavnici javnog, kulturnog i političkog života, a nisu izostali ni mladi ljudi koji su glavni akteri ovog festivala.


Omladinski Film Festival Sarajevo će u idućih 5 dana predstaviti skoro 40 filmova iz 11 europskih zemalja, a među njima 10 premijera i 26 novih mladih filmskih autora.


Ovogodišnji festival ima 200 akreditovanih gostiju i oko 10 stalno akreditovnaih novinarskih ekipa.


Ono što se posebno ističe je da OFF akcenat stavlja na promociju kratkog studentskog profesionalnog i amaterskog filma te oživljavanje svijeti o bitnosti kratkog filma.


Na ceremoniji otvaranja, direktor festivala Kenan Musić je napomenuo kako je ovo festival za sve i kako žele da stvore platformu kroz koju će se educirati sve populacije ljudi o bitnosti filma i filmske umjetnosti.


Festival će narednih dana predstaviti i dva panel programa, šest slotova takmičarskih filmova, te festivalsku premijeru filma "Biser Bojane". Među ostalim filmovima koji se prikazuju na otvorenim kinima na Dobrinji i Žutoj tabiji tu su i "Despicable me 3", "Richard Roda", "Pored mene" i "Die Welle".

Can't figure out why I get Error loading static resource from app.xaml

1 I having trouble getting my ResourceDictionary.MergedDictionaries to load from app.xaml. My WPF app has a static class with a Main defined and startup object set to it. Within Main I created an instance of App and run it. The override OnStartup fires and the mainwindow.cs InitializeComponent gives the error "Message "Cannot find resource named 'MaterialDesignFloatingActionMiniAccentButton'. If I put the resources in the mainwindow.xaml everything is fine, but I wanted them to load at the app level so I they are not in each page. How to fill missing numeric if any value in a subset is missing, all other columns with the same subset are missing

up vote 2 down vote favorite There is a clear pattern that show for two separate subsets (set of columns); If one value is missing in a column, values of other columns in the same subset are missing for any row. Here is a visualization of missing data My tries up until now, I used ycimpute library to learn from other values, and applied Iterforest. I noted, score of Logistic regression is so weak (0.6) and thought Iterforest might not learn enough or anyway, except from outer subset which might not be enough? for example the subset with 11 columns might learn from the other columns but not from within it's members, and the same goes for the subset with four columns. This bar plot show better quantity of missings So of course, dealing with missings is better than dropping rows because It would affect my prediction which does contain the same missings quantity relatively.
