I would like to use a raster map (find below) to create a kernel density distribution. The objective is to extrapolate the kernel density function of this spatial pattern, f(x,y).

Then, I want to generate a grid of values (of the same size of the raster file) such that sum(grid) = 50000 and grid[i,j] = f[x,y]*sum(grid).

Do yo have any suggestion on how to do it? And if it is possible to do it in R?
