QCustomPlot adjust y-axis range real time graph

I have some trouble to adjust the range for a multigraph with QCustomPlot, which contains up to 8 graphs in one. Now it should automatically update the range to the highest and lowest values in the actual depicted window.

So what I found first was:

ui->customGraph->rescaleAxes(true);

This adjusts the y-axis to the maximum value, but it will not resize to axis to smaller values, when the maximum values is not in the actual window anymore.

So then I found this:

ui->customGraph->graph(0)->rescaleValueAxis(false, true);

This does actually adjust the range in the current window, but only for graph(0) in this case. Since I have up to 8 graphs, this does not work. So how can I achieve this? I should somehow get the maximum and minimum value in the current depicted window and compare them to choose the maximum values overall, but I found no easy way to do this. Any ideas?
