how to find out which script causes high cpu load on Apache
I'm trying to examine the causes for high cpu usage in aws server. I'm very new to this. I used htop command to view it. I understood the interface as I referred here:
https://codeahoy.com/2017/01/20/hhtop-explained-visually/
Here's how the server performance is:

Sometimes I see mysql takes up lots of processes whereas the other time is apache and also root.
Now I'm stuck how to proceed further from here. If its mysql, I should check for queries that might run slow I guess.
What about apache and root. Will they normally run many processes? If not how do I find which service or script that causes it?
|I just need some guidance on how to identify the cause.
